President Obama travels to Holland, Mich., on Thursday to participate in the ground breaking of a factory benefiting from federal stimulus dollars. The plant will manufacture advanced batteries for Chevrolet and Ford electric cars. Western Michigan is traditionally wary of government programs, but is desperate for new jobs.
