Filippo Inzaghi's double gave AC Milan a 2-1 victory over Marseille Tuesday in the first round of the Champions League group phase. Inzaghi opened the scoring in the 28th minute when he beat Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda with a clinical finish from close range. Marseille equalized just after the interval when Argentine defender Gabriel Heinze headed home in the 49th.
