Fence Safety

Two visitors to Niagra Falls sent me the same sign. 

Not too sure what the guy is actually *doing* to the fence, but I do sense danger.

I also appreciate that the fence in the sign matches the fence it is on, just so you are SUPER CLEAR which fence they mean.
