N.J. Assured Gadhafi Won't Pitch Tent In Englewood

The Libyan ruler was expected to pitch a ceremonial Bedouin-style tent on an estate there ahead of his address to the U.N. Assembly next month. But Gadhafi is unwelcome in New Jersey, which lost 38 residents in the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. The attack, which killed 270 people, is widely believed to be the work of Libyan intelligence.
