U.S. Durable Goods Orders Fall Less Than Expected

Orders for manufactured durable goods fell 0.8 percent in March, the seventh decrease in the past eight months, the Commerce Department said Friday. Orders increased a revised 2.1 percent in February. Private analysts had expected orders to drop 1.5 percent in March.
