As Secretary of State Hillary Clinton travels to Haiti on Thursday, the U.S., the U.N. and more than a dozen wealthy countries are pledging more support. Haiti remains the poorest in the Western Hemisphere despite hundreds of millions of dollars in international aid. Leaders and lenders say this time the help will work.
