End Near For Editorial Cartoonists?

This year, at least a dozen veteran cartoonists got the axe, among them Lee Judge of The Kansas City Star. Judge tried to stay relevant by focusing on local issues, and starting a blog. But his satirical take on local issues can easily be replaced by nationally syndicated artists.
