UroToday.com - A study out of Japan evaluated the prevalence of a concomitant overactive bladder in children with a chief complaint of primary nocturnal enuresis. The group also wanted to evaluate the pathogenic difference between monosymptomatic and non-monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis in these patients as well.
