Meet Wesley Sherwood, a Knoxville teenager trying to win "an online dare" by waterboarding with a Saran rap, plasterboard and a towel (spoiler: things go especially badly toward the end).

Here's Jean-Pierre Larroque, who was having pizza and beer with two buddies when the cable news mentioned a proposed waterboarding ban in Congress. A Google search and visit to Waterboarding.org later and they were ready to drive to a desolate part of town for some recreational torture.

I would suggest Allison's strongest asset is her blind disingenuousness. This quality allows her to expose and enrich herself via her outrageous antics on the internet, parlay her popularity there into a high-paying job, as part of that high-paying job speculate wildly on the death of other human beings, reproach herself afterwards for not showing enough tit and at the same time appeal to the Wikipedia community to remove a perfectly legal and fine picture as a "human being." That is truly a rare and wondrous thing.

Though the families of the four children are rejoicing and surely so are the children, one might wonder if the families of the winners haven't condemned the children to a life of downhill tumbling. After all, if you were the cutest kid in the world (or at least the one that conformed most closely to the Gap aesthetic) at age three, it really only descends from there. Also, the winners get a year of free clothing from Baby or Kids Gap which will be of use to them for approximately one year before they outgrow their garments. And then they'll be five and squeezing into too small cardigans in a vain attempt to recapture the past and their fleeting infant moment in the sun.
