Saif Ali Khan showed off his hitherto less known rock-star side to thousands of screaming Mumbaikars, as he performed along with rock band Parikrama at the Seagram's Royal Stag Mega Music concert in Andheri last evening (Jan 20).
The actor sporting a dark blue dotted bandana with a black tee and jeans looked at ease as he strummed the guitar to popular rock numbers like 'Smoke on the Water' by Deep Purple, AC/DC's 'Highway to Hell' and Pink Floyd's 'Run like Hell'.
The actor also showed that he can definitely sing much more than a line or two as he crooned Chuck Berry's 'Johnny B Goode' and even dedicated the song to his daughter who was in the audience.
The concert also featured Pakistani band, Strings, who rendered some of their popular hits like 'Aakhri Alvida' from Shootout At Lokhandwala.
However, those wanting to see Saif's lady love, Kareena Kapoor, at the concert were disappointed as she was busy shooting out of the country. Nevertheless, her name was seen tattooed prominently on Saif's forearm. So, what if Kareena couldn't be Saif's arm candy for his special night, she sure ended up being his fore-arm candy. Karan, who started shooting with Simi Garewal for NDTV Imagine's 'Shava Shava' earlier this week, laughs at the mention of John. "Simi and I have been old friends and we've reunited after a long time. I'm having so much fun shooting with her. Not too many people know this. But John has a wicked sense of humour. We do have good laughs whenever we get together. Knowing our schedules it isn't that often. But he's someone who can make me laugh."
John starts shooting for Karan's untitled production directed by Tarun Mansukhani in two months. "Really looking forward to that. I've worked with Karan before in Kaal. But this is something that has never been done before. And I'm with two of my favourite co-stars, Priyanka Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan. I just love all the Bachchans to death. The last time we were together for Dhoom, Abhishek and I just freaked out. I think Karan's film will be loads of fun."

Producer-Director Indra Kumar who has given blockbuster films like Dil,
Beta, Mann and the recent laugh riot Dhamaal will launch his daughter Shwetha opposite Himesh Reshammiya in Karzzzz produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar.
Karzzzz is a remake of Subhash Ghai's 1980âs film about reincarnation. Swetha will make her debut with Karzzz and play the female lead opposite Himesh Reshammiya. Directed by Satish Kaushik, the film also stars Urmila Matondkar, Gulshan Grover, Danny Denzongpa and Rohini Hattangadi.
T-Series has bought the remake rights from Mukta Arts for the original
film Karz directed by Subhash Ghai. The original film had a cast of Rishi Kapoor, Tina Munim and Premnath amongst others and was a blockbuster of the 80's.
And another exciting feature about Karzzzz is that the audiences will finally see Himesh without his trademark cap in this film.

This was just the beginning and their joy knew no bounds when Big B, impressed with their singing, offered to hold an exclusive screening of Bhootnath especially for the kids on January 30, 2008.

Animals) has now roped in the âOutrageousâ Sherlyn Chopra to do their next ad.
When Bollywood Hungama spoke to Anuradha Sawhney of PETA India, she said, âWe have an âoutrageousâ theme planned for PETA with
Sherlyn Chopra as the lead model. She will be dressed in an outfit like that of Victoriaâs Secret in an entire set resembling a bedroom. The tagline of
the ad will be âWhips and chains in the bedroom and not in circusâ. The whole idea of the ad has been conceptualized by PETA. And it will be really
wonderful for us if we can have the ace photographer Rakesh Shrestha do that shoot, since he had earlier shot Celina for us.â
Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Sherlyn said, âI had a puppy when I was a kid and also that I am strictly against the use of fur and
leather in any form. For me, fake fur is equivalent to real fur. So, fur is a strict no-no for me.â
âOne just needs to wait and watch out for the ad. It will simply be a mind-blowing oneâ, stated Anuradha Sawhney.
